She specializes in personal, transgenerational and collective trauma, and she works hand in hand with indigenous experts to educate young professionals from all around the world on social and environmental justice around habitat and indigenous knowledge. She advocates for activism rooted in embodied leadership and nervous system awareness, so as to prevent burn out or any other poor health conditions.

After having dealt with chronic back pain, anxiety and panic attacks herself for ten years, trauma-informed Yoga and Mindfulness were the beginning of a healing journey for her symptoms and the relationship with her body. This first-hand experience informs her teachings.

Deepen your own self understanding as an important process in being a more effective teacher, leader, and Trauma Informed Facilitator.

  • Gain a deeper understanding of what trauma is and the impact it holds physically, emotionally and spiritually.

  • Understand the layers of being (physical, energetic, mental / emotional, intuitive, and bliss bodies) and how to support the balance of the system through holistic space holding.

  • Deepen your understanding of how asana, pranayama, meditation and lifestyle can be used as tools for transformation and a deeper sense of well being.

  • Learn tools and tangible techniques to support system regulation, body awareness, and non-violent communication.

  • Connect with a community of conscious entrepreneurs and yogis doing powerful work out in the world. Collaborate with souls who understand that sacred service through yoga is a socio-political movement - transforming the way people relate to themselves, their families, and ultimately - out in the world.

Student love…

“You simply can’t go wrong with any of SoulWork’s offerings, they’re so nourishing to the soul. I have been searching for an authentic meditation program for awhile. Something that’s from a lineage that has roots which is actually more rare than you would assume. This was it! I feel confident and proud about sharing this medicine with others.”

- Dusah

“I have participated in several training with Soulwork and I loved them all. This course very very grounded and the knowledge was transmitted in a beautiful, loving and super clear way that was easy to understand and practice. The portion on how to teach these techniques to others was really well structured, clear and concise but also very complete  and easy to understand. I will most certainly do another course with Soulwork.”

— Piroska
