You must have also completed a 200 hr YTT in order to log these additional hours.

A 200 hr is recommended, but not required. This is a course in How to Hold Retreats and on how to best support those you serve with skill + integrity.
If you are not a yoga teacher - we do recommend that you carry confidence in your ability to emotionally + logistically support a group of seekers in a new environment.
